About the role

Robinsons Handyman Inc' is seeking a skilled Selling Supervisor-Offline to join our team in Robinsons Place Dasmarinas City Cavite. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in managing and overseeing the in-store sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective strategies
  • Providing ongoing coaching, training and development to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring efficient stock management and merchandising to meet customer demand
  • Addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives
  • Reporting on key performance metrics and contributing to the decision-making process

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Thorough understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management
