Job Description
People Administration & Support
- Act as the central point of contact for P&C administration requests, providing generalist HR support and triaging queries.
- Manage the Jira board for People team requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update self-service for leaders through EHUB.
- Provide operational support across global P&C processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes.
- Support HRIS systems, particularly Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare P&C reports and data insights to inform decision-making.
- Assist in payroll coordination and compliance with employment requirements (e.g., 201 forms).
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors as needed.
- Actively champion and role model company values, ethics, and high standards of integrity.
- Embed culture and values into everyday practices and processes.
- Proactively share insights and initiatives that strengthen engagement as the company grows.
- Directly reporting to P&C Lead
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years in HR or business administration.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in global/growth companies; Workday and agile experience a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- High IQ/EQ with strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
- Collaborative team player who builds relationships easily.
- Champions company culture and values
