Job Description

People Administration & Support

  • Act as the central point of contact for P&C administration requests, providing generalist HR support and triaging queries.
  • Manage the Jira board for People team requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and update self-service for leaders through EHUB.
  • Provide operational support across global P&C processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes.
  • Support HRIS systems, particularly Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare P&C reports and data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and compliance with employment requirements (e.g., 201 forms).
  • Identify, onboard, and manage vendors as needed.
  • Actively champion and role model company values, ethics, and high standards of integrity.
  • Embed culture and values into everyday practices and processes.
  • Proactively share insights and initiatives that strengthen engagement as the company grows.
  • Directly reporting to P&C Lead

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years in HR or business administration.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and employment law.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in global/growth companies; Workday and agile experience a plus.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • High IQ/EQ with strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
  • Collaborative team player who builds relationships easily.
