Job Type: On the Job Training

Key Responsibilities

  • Support transactional accounting: prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processing, including invoice management, payment tracking, and collections.
  • Help prepare financial statements and reports (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) for periodic review.
  • Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including reconciliations and variance analyses.
  • Assist with audit preparation: organizing documentation and supporting internal and external audit processes.
  • Aid in tax documentation and compliance tasks (e.g., sales tax, payroll tax returns).
  • Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical duties to support the accounting team.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc accounting projects (budgeting, forecasting, process improvement).

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's (or Master's) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or equivalent).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and perform well in a team environment.
  • Can render 200 or more hours.

Allowance

₱150 daily (Every Friday Pay Out)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift (Mon-Friday)

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 2 months
