Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via various communication channels.


The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience working in a remote customer-facing role. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify or help desks like Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar is a plus.


Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate solutions via chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, products, and accounts with empathy and efficiency.
  • Become an expert on the brands supported, providing informed and thoughtful assistance.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a high standard of service.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a remote customer-facing role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms or help desks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
