  1. Bachelor's Degree in BS Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.
  2. Extensive understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and software
  3. In-depth knowledge in Windows Servers, Free BSD and Linux based OS
  4. Excellent customer service skills.
  5. Strong communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and ability to multi-task.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Direct contact of the system provider.

  2. Handles basic troubleshooting of system related concerns based on the standard set by the system provider.

  3. Assists in conducting training the dealer management system.

  4. Coordinates system error and other related concerns with the system provider.

  5. Handles other software or system issues of the company if deem necessary.
