Salary: Php 55,000-70,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and technically skilled BEAM Platform Administrator to join our client's team through Boomering. The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation, configuration, and maintenance of the BEAM platform, ensuring reliability, compliance, and seamless integration with business processes. If you are passionate about systems administration, process automation, and supporting business-critical platforms, this role is for you.

As a BEAM Platform Administrator: You will be responsible for managing system access, overseeing platform integrations, ensuring compliance with data security standards, and optimizing workflows within BEAM. You will serve as the point of contact for platform-related issues, liaising between end users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure a secure and efficient environment.

Your Responsibilities as a BEAM Platform Administrator would be:

• Manage user accounts, role-based access permissions, and audit logs.

• Oversee data migration, imports, and exports, ensuring data integrity.

• Configure and maintain automated workflows (letters, emails, calls, reporting).

• Monitor dashboards and reports, delivering timely insights to managers and clients.

• Administer integrations with CRMs, dialers, and payment processors.

• Schedule and manage system updates, patches, and downtime with minimal disruption.

• Ensure compliance with SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, and other applicable standards.

• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to support system reliability and security.

• Escalate technical issues and coordinate with BEAM vendor support.
Qualifications as a BEAM Platform Administrator:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in systems administration or enterprise SaaS platform management.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI, or HIPAA.

• Experience with APIs, data migration tools, and system integrations.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including dashboard and KPI creation.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in ensuring system stability.
