B2B Sales & Account Executive (Remote – with Adobe Illustrator Skills)

Location: Remote – Philippines Based

₱23,000 monthh (approx. $400 base + uncapped commission)

OTE: ₱46,000–₱93,000/month ($800–$1,200/month)

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and creative B2B Sales & Account Executive with Adobe Illustrator skills to help manage and grow our custom sock orders for companies, events, and organizations.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that blends sales, design, and coordination.

You'll manage inbound leads, create product mock-ups in Adobe Illustrator, liaise with factories and couriers, and earn commission for every deal you close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to new B2B enquiries and follow up on potential leads
  • Understand client needs and present creative solutions to win deals
  • Create mock-ups and packaging visuals using Adobe Illustrator
  • Coordinate production timelines with the factory and manage deliveries
  • Track projects in our CRM pipeline, ensuring everything runs on schedule
  • Communicate clearly with clients about artwork, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in artwork files, invoices, and production details
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat orders

Who We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail – you triple-check artwork and emails before sending
  • Adobe Illustrator experience (mock-ups, layouts, packaging visuals)
  • Highly organized – you love structure, deadlines, and spreadsheets
  • Self-motivated and hungry to close deals
  • Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
  • (Bonus) Experience in custom products, merchandising, or account management
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with , CRM tools,

Compensation & Growth

Base salary: $400/month (paid monthly)

Commission: 2.5% on new deals, 1.5% on repeats (uncapped)

OTE: $800–$1,200/month depending on performance

Performance bonuses available for exceptional results

You'll work full-time, Monday to Friday (overlapping with UK or US hours), reporting to our Operations Manager.

This is a long-term, growth-focused role for someone who wants to build a career with an established and expanding international brand.
