We are a fast-growing Lead Generation Agency based in Melbourne, Australia. We specialize in helping Australian Migration Agencies scale by providing them with pre-qualified client appointments.

We are looking for a Part-Time B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. We don't want someone to just "make calls"—we want a closer.

The "Split Shift" Schedule (20 Hours / Week)

To maximize results, this role operates on a Split Shift strategy. We call prospective clients during the two most effective times of the day: early morning (when they arrive) and late afternoon (when they wind down).

You will work 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday:

  • Morning Block: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM Melbourne Time
  • (Approx. 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM Manila Time)
  • ~Break~ (You have a 3.5-hour break)
  • Afternoon Block: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM Melbourne Time
  • (Approx. 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Manila Time)

Note: You must be strictly available during these blocks. This schedule allows you to have a long break in the middle of the day for family, errands, or studies.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to Migration Agencies across Australia.
  • Present our lead generation value proposition clearly and confidently over Zoom usually.
  • Handle objections, follow up and close the deal (or book the consultation).
  • Update the CRM with accurate notes after every call.

Requirements

  • Exceptional English: You must have a neutral or near-native Australian/US/UK accent. Communication must be clear and confident.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven experience calling business owners or decision-makers is required.
  • Thick Skin: You must be comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.
  • Reliable Tech: You must have a noise-cancelling headset, a fast/stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace (no roosters or background noise).

Compensation

  • Base Salary: ₱19,000 - ₱25,000 PHP
  • Commission: $150 AUD per closed deal. (Paid monthly).
