QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of BS Psychology or related course
- At least 1-2 years human resource experience, especially in end to end process of recruitment
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly reporting to the HRD Manager
Handles end-to-end recruitment activities including new employee orientation
Processes and issues required documents for newly hired (ID, contract, ATM form, uniform, etc)
Utilize social media account for recruitment
Create newly hired employees' 201 record
Update Plantilla of Personnel from time to time
Records in Logbook all incoming documents related to HRD
Update and monitor contracts of active employees especially for renewal
Prepare and issue Certificate of Employment.
Performs HRD related task such as updating of employee record (201)
Routing inter office memorandum
Ensures correctness of weekly salary for the project site personnel
Prepares and maintain a file of summary of re change in title/designation of employees due to transfer
Issues, updates contract and keep inventory for laptop / Mobile phones such as transferring (and other computer accessories / office equipment).
Assist in processing evaluation of contractual/project–based employees and regularization
Assist in the preparation of pertinent documents for exhibits in Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) scheduled visit/audit
Oversees the proper filling of 201 and safekeeping of all the company's document and information, both digital and hard copies, which are relevant to HRD.
Takes responsibility in taking care of equipment assigned to him/her and that within area of responsibility (e.g computer, printer)
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Pay: Php21,110.63 per month
