We are looking for a Technical Team Lead who will oversee the deployment, installation, and technical execution of our ICT projects — including CCTV systems, structured cabling, desktops, networks, and related installations.

This role is for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities & Technical Execution:

  • Lead installation & configuration of:
  • CCTV systems
  • Structured cabling
  • Desktop & workstation setups
  • Network devices (routers, switches, access points)
  • Ensure quality of all technical deliverables
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently

Team Leadership:

  • Train junior technicians and installers
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor outputs
  • Enforce safety and quality standards
  • Review technical documentation before submission

Project & Client Coordination:

  • Coordinate with sales team and clients
  • Conduct on-site surveys and validate technical requirements
  • Provide progress reports, timelines, and completion updates

Qualifications

  • Years experience in ICT deployment or field engineering
  • Strong background in CCTV, networking, and structured cabling
  • Ability to lead a small technical team
  • Can perform site surveys and interpret technical plans
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and reliable
  • ECE or Electronics Engineering Graduate is a plus
  • Willing to work on-site in Lipa or Navotas

Bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge in mini-PCs / servers
  • Experience in barangay-wide CCTV projects
  • Basic certifications (CCNA, ICDL, TESDA NCII/NCIII, etc.)
  • (Not required but an advantage.)
