Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining all project documentation, records, drawings, and submittals.
  • Coordinating project schedules, deadlines, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow between office and field teams.
  • Assisting the project manager with technical matters, reviewing plans, and ensuring compliance with contract documents and specifications.
  • Preparing various project reports, including progress reports, field conditions, and equipment use.
  • Assisting with budget tracking, procurement processes, and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise on a project.
  • Performing tasks that may be assigned by the Technical Head and/or the Projact Manager.

Technical Engineer Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering discipline or similar.
  • Additional certification or license may be required.
  • Experience in a similar technical role recommended.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and construction-specific software like AutoCAD.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
