The Business Development Manager / Vending Machine Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the company's vending operations, and ensuring the profitability and efficiency of all vending machine sites. This role combines strategic planning, sales development, and operational management to grow the company's market presence through vending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand vending machine placements and partnerships.
  • Identify and evaluate potential sites for vending machines (e.g., offices, schools, hospitals, terminals, and public spaces).
  • Negotiate and secure contracts or agreements with partners and site owners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and business partners.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of all vending machines, ensuring functionality, cleanliness, and stock availability.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely replenishment of products.
  • Monitor sales performance, machine uptime, and maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare and review operational and financial reports related to vending operations.
  • Lead the team in troubleshooting technical issues in coordination with maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or operations management (experience in vending, FMCG, or retail industry is an advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with basic inventory management tools.
  • Willing to travel for site visits and business meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
