POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Head is responsible for leading the company's overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and promotional activities to drive business growth. This role oversees the development, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and target market needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives.

· Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitor activities.

· Strengthen brand identity, visibility, and reputation across all channels.

· Ensure consistent brand messaging in advertising, communications, and digital platforms.

· Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline).

· Manage PR, events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

· Lead digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing and e-commerce support.

· Oversee company website, analytics, and digital engagement.

· Lead, manage, and be accountable in the marketing team.

· Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance.

· Provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related course.

· Proven experience in a marketing leadership role.

· Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and market research.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Creative, strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to lead and inspire a marketing team.
