Sales Manager

We're looking for someone with:
➢ Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
➢ Experience: Candidate must have at least 5 years of sales experience and knowledge of semiconductor assembly and testing processes.
➢ Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
➢ Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
➢ Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
➢ Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
In this role, you'll be a key part of our team with duties such as:
1) Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that align with company goals and objectives. This includes setting sales targets, forecasting sales volumes, and planning for market expansion.
2) Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This involves regular communication, visits, and understanding of customer's future requirements.
3) Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the semiconductor industry. Keeping abreast of competitor activities and market developments to adjust strategies accordingly.
4) Team Leadership and Management: Leading a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to achieve sales targets. This also includes recruiting, training, and developing sales staff.
5) Negotiation and Deal Closure: Leading negotiations with customers to finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sales. Ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing strategies.
6) Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives. Providing input from customers on product development and enhancement.
7) Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring sales performance against targets and reporting to senior management. Analyzing sales data to identify areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
8) Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Upholding ethical standards in all dealings with customers and partners.
9) Industry Networking: Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote products and services, expand the network, and stay updated on industry trends.
10) Driving Growth and Innovation: Continuously seeking opportunities for business growth and innovation. Identifying new markets, applications, or technologies where the company can gain a competitive advantage.
Overall, a Sales Manager in Semicon division plays a vital role in driving revenue growth, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization.
