Qualifications for Electrical Sales Manager

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related course
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical or technical sector
  • Strong understanding of electrical products, systems, and solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Electrical or technical qualification preferred but not required

Duties and Responsibilities for Electrical Sales Manager

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical products market
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable electrical products or systems
  • Provide technical support and product information to customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports
