JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Director (Management) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing MTI's Sales Team, and driving business growth across all market segments. This position is management-focused and emphasizes team leadership, sales strategy, and market development, rather than direct sales execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the company's overall sales and business growth strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Set departmental KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure targets are met.
- Oversee Sales Managers and Representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Ensure effective allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.
- Implement structured processes for forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Identify strategic opportunities for growth across target industries, including Power Plants, Water Concessionaires, Water Districts, and Industrial clients
- Monitor market trends and competitive positioning to inform company strategy.
