Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Manager to lead our global sales efforts. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase our products to international clients, open new markets, and build partnerships that drive business growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, negotiating deals, and ensuring our brand's strong presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve business growth and market expansion.
  • Identify, engage, and activate new customers across global markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Present products effectively to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Reports directly to the Country Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
  • Proven track record in presenting and selling products in the international market.
  • Extensive experience in customer acquisition and account activation.
  • With experience in managing institutional accounts such as hotels, casinos, resorts, offices, hospitals, BPOs, universities, manufacturing, food chains, etc.
  • Strong negotiation and excellent communication skills.
  • Highly dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple markets and clients.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
