Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership & Administrative

  • Assist in overseeing network operations and team performance.
  • Develop and improve policies, procedures, and reports on network reliability, performance, and security.
  • Support compliance and certifications (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO).
  • Mentor and guide team members; assign tasks and monitor progress.

Operational

  • Ensure network confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
  • Lead enforcement of cybersecurity standards and manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze network performance and uptime.
  • Provide advanced technical support and resolve network issues.
  • Respond to cybersecurity alerts; implement firewall and access controls.
  • Automate configurations and maintain documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades and incident responses.

General

  • Uphold company mission, values, and culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in network operations or team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing, firewalls, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or similar environments preferred.
  • Certifications such as CCNP or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on-call, night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
