Job Description

As an Associate Manager, Client Network Services, you will lead the delivery of client network projects and service requests, manage infrastructure changes, and ensure seamless execution of enhancements and escalations. Your leadership ensures high-quality service, satisfied clients, and alignment with global standards.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Experience

  • 7-8+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 3 years in a service delivery or managerial role.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong technical knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, firewalls).
  • ITIL certification preferred (Foundation or higher).
  • Experience working with enterprise network vendors (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.

Preferred Certifications

  • ITIL v3/v4
  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • CompTIA Network+ or equivalent

Your Daily Tasks

Service Management

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality network services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on SLAs and KPIs.

Project & Delivery Oversight

  • Collaborate with different infrastructure teams, from planning to implementation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage network service implementations, migrations, and upgrades with minimal service disruption.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with third-party network service providers and vendors.
  • Review vendor performance and compliance with contracts and SLAs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for network-related escalations.

Team Leadership

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and service delivery personnel.
  • Develop team capabilities through training and performance management.

Continuous Improvement and Client Relationships

  • Identify and implement improvements in service delivery processes.

Reporting

  • Provide periodic reports to clients that highlight network services, ensuring high availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Other Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative and operational support tasks related to IT.
  • Assist in any additional duties assigned by the Associate Manager, Manager, or other company representatives as needed.
