Overall Description:

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the stability and performance of the company's systems.

­­­­­­­­Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor data center systems and network traffic to ensure continuous and stable system operations.

· Identify performance bottlenecks or unusual traffic patterns and coordinate with the team for resolution.

· Support system maintenance, software updates, and server health checks to ensure optimal performance.

· Conduct daily system monitoring, including logs, metrics, and alerts, to detect potential issues early.

· Maintain data backup schedules and assist in recovery planning and testing.

· Document incidents, system configurations, and maintenance activities for reference and audit purposes.

· Ensure compliance with data security policies, access control procedures, and operational standards.

· Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.

· At least 1 year work experience in the related field.

· Strong understanding of network, system traffic flow, and server performance monitoring.

Our office is located in Eastwood City, Quezon City. The recruitment process will be done remotely via phone and video conferencing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php48, Php50,000.00 per month
