Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaluyong for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building client relationships. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research, analyze sales data, and collaborate with other departments to ensure business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting sales data
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
  • Ability to work on-site in Mandaluyong
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
