About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Officer to join our dynamic team in Cavite Calabarzon. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of our warehousing operations, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and the timely delivery of goods to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing effective stock control measures
  • Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols
  • Experience managing and supervising 1-3 warehouse staff members
  • Liaising with logistics providers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Generating reports and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry
  • Bachelor's degree as the minimum education requirement
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and inventory control software
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety practices
  • A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach
