About the role

Corporate Resources Group (CRG) Services Corp. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production and Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Food Additives and Supplements Corporation (FAAS Corporation) in Antipolo City, Rizal. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our manufacturing and distribution operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials, goods, and information.

What you'll be doing

PRODUCTION

Perform daily production tasks in the production within the given period of time.

Responsible for the production of quality and safe products by ensuring that raw materials are within standard and following the procedure strictly for product quality and consistency.

Responsible for providing timely feedback on questions and clarifications on discrepancies and inconsistencies in production results and/or any production matter.

Inspect production raw materials and be responsible for the requisition of needed materials for production.

Maintains production machinery always in good condition and conducts regular preventive maintenance of equipment.

Maintains cleanliness in the production area.

Assist in any product development activity performed by R&D.

Performs any other tasks that may be assigned.

WAREHOUSING

1.     Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

2.     Receive and document incoming warehouse stock materials, shipments of supplies from outside vendors, and returned items.

3.     Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.

4.     Locate and pull materials and supplies for production and service orders

5.     Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

6.     Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment

7.     Operate and maintain preventive warehouse vehicles and equipment

CLERICAL:

Compiles and records production data in preparation for production volume, raw material consumption, and any other aspects of production.

Writes production reports based on production data compiled, tabulated, and computed, following the prescribed formats.

Maintains files of documents of production and warehouse.

Monitors warehouse and production inventory movement and submits the final month-end inventory report to the immediate superior

  • Requirements:

High School Diploma or Technical course in data entry

Work experience in food manufacturing, warehousing or equivalent

Proficient in MS Office

Organized with high attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Team player with a positive attitude

Courteous toward superiors and co-workers

Flexible and willing to render extended time as operation demands

Knows how to drive a motorcycle for any errand activity
