INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

  • Assists Warehouse Officer by receives deliveries, checks completeness, and verifying manufacturing/expiration dates.
  • Inspects items to ensure they are not damaged or faulty.
  • Prints and places barcodes on newly delivered items.
  • Assists with stock replenishment, ensuring stock levels on picking shelves are maintained; monitors inventory in accordance with Warehouse Officer instructions.
  • Assists in conducting monthly stock audits to reconcile physical counts with system records for Golden Fur Grooming.
  • Implements FIFO (First In, First Out) for all items.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

  • Arranges newly delivered items from the delivery bay to their respective shelves.
  • Ensures shelves are clean, organized, and properly labeled.
  • Helps to maintain overall warehouse cleanliness and organization with support from other staff.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.

DISPATCH AND SCHEDULING

  • Assists in picking and preparing items for branch deliveries.Helps load and unload stocks from transport vehicles safely.
  • Ensures all deliveries to branches are processed efficiently and meet store expectations.
  • Ensures safe handling and proper storage of goods during loading/unloading.
  • Cross-checks delivery receipts with actual items delivered to confirm accuracy and condition.
  • Handles branch pullouts or return items sent back to the warehouse.
  • Coordinates with the other warehouse staff to ensure smooth branch dispatches.

REPORTING

  • Reports stock discrepancies or damages to the Warehouse Officer when necessary.
  • Helps track near-expiry items and escalates findings for action.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

  • Follows safety protocols when handling heavy items, fragile goods, pet consumables, and grooming products.
  • Ensures compliance with warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.

FLEXIBILITY & TEAM SUPPORT

  • Assists in preparing and packing online orders with the Picker/Packer as needed, especially for bulky or heavy items.
  • Supports other warehouse-related tasks as needed, especially during peak sales periods or special promotions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
