Logistics Inbound Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

· 3rd Party Management

Ø Supervise and manage service providers to ensure adherence to all company policies,

rules and regulations and safety practices.

Ø Manage risks and opportunities such us Bad Cost and Savings.

Ø Manage the performance of 3rd party logistics providers which includes measuring their KPIs and adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Ø Conduct monthly business review with 3rd party service provider.

· Logistics, planning execution

Ø Ensure that goods are delivered and/or picked up on-time, in-full and in good condition.

Ø Ensure that LC Output is made available to suppliers 2 weeks before cargo availability date.

Ø Approve and validates duties & taxes computation.

Ø Align communication between and among Supply Chain Analyst, 3rd party logistics provider and warehouse personnel to allow space planning and to avoid incremental cost.

Ø Recommend options and execute logistics-related game plan especially during peak season.

Ø Investigate failures, identify and understand root causes and drive continuous improvement.

Ø Develop effective strategies and opportunities to create and promote efficiency in all areas of inbound logistics.

Ø Supervise processing of Airfreight (Courier shipments)

· Logistics Cost

Ø Assist purchasing sourceout providers which suit our needs and price

Ø Develop solutions to improve service and reduce cost

· Organizing and Control

Ø Initiate the regular conduct of monthly business reviews with 3PLs.

Ø Set up KPIs and metrics to accurately measure performance of the team and 3PLs.

Ø Ensure that all critical documents pertaining to inbound logistics operations are maintained and safe kept.

Ø Establish a strong turn back collection process and generate improvements from the data.

· Service Level Management

Ø Ensure adherence to and manage service level agreements with key stakeholders.

Ø Ensure governance process is in place.

· Reporting

Ø Ensure timely submission of reports to internal customers such as but not limited to Weekly Operations Report, PIT, Storage Forecast, Incoming Order Forecast, LCF Review etc.

REQUIREMENTS:


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.


• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Applicants must be willing to work in Cabuyao.


• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
