Sales Account Executive

Account Executives are primarily responsible for the solicitation of new accounts as well as the monitoring and management over acquired accounts. They are expected to create detailed business plans that will help the team reach goals and quotas. Account Executives act as the main coordinator between the company and our commercial clients, they ensure good customer relations are well maintained by managing the whole process of the sales cycle, from the solicitation, payment collection, until the after sales services.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business or marketing related course
- With experience in sales and marketing
- Skilled in sales negotiation and value-based selling
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service oriented and pro-active
- With good written and verbal communication skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
ACCOUNT SOLICITATION AND MARKET PLANNING
- Find potential accounts to establish rapport with and present company products and services.
- Plan new marketing initiatives to strengthen market penetration and sales.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Daily monitoring and coordination of client orders, deliveries and technical concerns of our clients.
- Ensure that customers' needs and expectations are met and that they are able to maximize our customer service.
- Strive and explore to increase the volume of the current customers based on their establishment network expansion.
PAYMENT COLLECTION
- Conduct collection during regular account visits.
- Identify outstanding account receivables for immediate coordination of reconciliation.
- Resolve billing and credit issues of customers in coordination with the Credit & Collection team.
DATA MONITORING AND REPORTING
- Submission of weekly and monthly reports regarding status of all accounts assigned.
- Investigate historical data of all accounts for possible debts and unpaid bills.
- Prepare and present reports on progress of collection activities.
