A fast-growing importer and distributor of corn and grains for feed millers and commercial integrators nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with feed millers, integrators, and institutional buyers
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms aligned with company goals
  • Oversee order fulfillment and coordinate with internal teams and logistics
  • Attend industry events and represent the company professionally
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Prepare and manage client documents such as quotations and contracts
  • Monitor timely delivery and payment collection
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly

Performance Expectations

  • Client Acquisition: Gain new clients in the grain and feed mill industry
  • Account Management: Build trust and ensure repeat business
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales volume (e.g., 500–1,000 MT)
  • Conversion Rate: Achieve 30–40% conversion of issued quotations
  • Client Retention: Maintain ≥90% repeat business
  • Collection: Ensure average DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) of ≤ 45 days
  • Client Engagement: Conduct 5–8 meaningful client visits weekly
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain 4.5/5 rating or higher

Requirements

  • Graduate of a business-related or agriculture-related course
  • At least 2 years of sales/trading/agribusiness experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Willing to be assigned in Calabarzon, South Luzon, Central/North Luzon, or VisMin
