Salary: 20,000-25,000 + Commission
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Aggressively identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients by presenting and selling our RPO/outsourcing solutions to C-level executives and key decision-makers across various industries.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, nurturing long-term relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Solution Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points, developing tailored, high-value proposals for complex, multi-year outsourcing contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), from initial lead generation and qualification through proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the RPO, BPO, and talent acquisition markets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations, Implementation, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and successful client onboarding.
- Reporting: Accurately forecast sales revenue, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on sales activities and outcomes to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of direct, demonstrable B2B sales experience is required.
- Industry Expertise: Must have prior experience selling Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP), Staffing, or other complex Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and successfully managing long-cycle sales processes.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with senior executives.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
