UNICON Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers Corporation began as a subsidiary of JG Summit Holdings, Inc., founded by Mr. John Gokongwei, Jr. to meet the insurance needs of the conglomerate. Initially part of the Universal Consolidated Group, the largest business unit of the Gokongwei Group, it was registered as an insurance broker on August 13, 1980. Since then, UNICON has been dedicated to providing comprehensive insurance and reinsurance solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Central Luzon, Philippines. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You will also work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong client management and sales skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in preparing proposals and managing contracts
  • Familiarity with the insurance and reinsurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
