Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through personal, email and phone, we'd like to meet you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in trade exhibitions, conferences, or meetings.
- Develop and maintain customer relations and key accounts
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- ·Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or sales role
- Strong experience in any form of sales, e-commerce, importation, logistics or BPO is a huge factor
- Strong customer service skills (ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy and outline key steps in delivering good customer service
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Strong leadership skills is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school degree
- Willing to work onsite in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php30,000.00 per month
