Customer Service Representative (Travel and Hospitality Account)

Location: MOA Pasay

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary Range: 23,000

We are seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our Travel and Hospitality Account as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers with their travel-related inquiries such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, and other hospitality services. You will play a key role in ensuring each customer enjoys a seamless and pleasant travel experience.

Key Responsibilities


•Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding travel and accommodation concerns.

•Assist with booking, rebooking, and cancellation of flights, hotels, and travel packages.

•Provide accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and policies.

•Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications


•At least High School Graduate

•At least 6 months BPO experience

•Excellent English communication skills

•Willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

•Amenable to work on-site at MOA Pasay
