The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting with a variety of HR-related tasks, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Application Processing

  • Process applications for various positions across the company.
  • Coordinate with a high volume of applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain an organized applicant tracking system.

Payroll Support

  • Collect and manage daily time records for multiple companies within the group.
  • Utilize and maintain the DTR calculator tool for efficient time record management.
  • Coordinate with partner manning agencies for payroll purposes.

HR Administration

  • Collate and manage employee leave and overtime forms, maintaining organized records.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings, ensuring clear and accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.
  • Maintain organized employee files and HR documentation.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, such as team-building activities and the annual Christmas party.

Other Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Recruitment/Human Resources (e.g., CHRA, CIPD, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with graphic design is a plus.
  • HRIS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience working with diverse cultures and nationalities.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
