About the role

Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Bacoor City, Cavite. As the SUPERVISOR - BACOOR (XIAOMI), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Xiaomi retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Xiaomi retail store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to help them excel
  3. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive store revenue and achieve sales targets
  4. Ensure that the store environment is well-maintained, visually appealing, and in compliance with brand standards
  5. Analyse sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make informed decisions
  6. Liaise with the head office and other departments to address any issues or concerns that arise
  7. Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects within the company

  1. With experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional shopping experiences
  4. Proficient in data analysis and decision-making, with the ability to use data to drive business improvements
  5. Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  6. Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and store visual merchandising
  7. Flexible and adaptable to changes in the retail environment, with a willingness to learn and grow
