Megawide is currently seeking an innovative and results-driven HR Site Assistant, responsible for the timely and efficient execution of HR programs and services to support people management and HR strategies at the project level.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing support to project site operations, ensuring the efficient and timely implementation of the People Management Framework and HR services.
  • Responsible for supporting the project team in generating the HR plan.
  • Responsible for providing assistance to Corporate HR during manpower hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Responsible for supporting the implementation of company policies and managing employee discipline, including addressing grievances to mitigate — if not fully avoid — labor-related risks.
  • Responsible for supporting the execution of employee engagement programs and activities at project sites to foster a positive workplace environment and maintain healthy engagement levels among employees.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course
  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in Human Resources, preferably in a project-based or construction environment.
  • Knowledgeable in recruitment, onboarding, employee and labor relations, and timekeeping.
  • Familiar with Philippine labor laws and government benefits.
  • Good communication and people skills; comfortable working with all levels of employees
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Canva skills are a plus
  • Creative and tech-savvy; can help with employee engagement and communication materials
  • Can work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
