About the role

As a Supervisor - Roving (Xiaomi) at Paramount Human Resource Multi-purpose Cooperative, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and performance of the Xiaomi brand within our retail stores located in SM City Bacoor, Bacoor City, Cavite. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our consumer electronics business.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the Xiaomi brand within our retail stores
2. Ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge among the sales team
3. Monitoring sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising standards
4. Identifying and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
5. Collaborating with the central buying team to forecast demand and optimise product assortment
6. Providing regular performance feedback and coaching to the sales team
7. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines

What we're looking for

1. Minimum of 1 years' experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the consumer electronics industry
2. Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales best practices
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
4. Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools
5. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
6. Passion for the consumer electronics industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
