Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented LinkedIn Outreach & Social Media Virtual Assistant to support content creation and engagement across multiple client accounts. In this role, you'll craft impactful written content, coordinate with designers and editors, and manage LinkedIn posting schedules to help clients strengthen their online presence. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables within a fast-paced, remote team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write engaging, original, and brand-aligned content for LinkedIn, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to bring creative briefs to life.
  • Draft scripts and outlines for video and motion graphic projects.
  • Review engagement data and analytics to identify opportunities for content improvement.
  • Prepare and compile monthly performance reports for clients.
  • Schedule and publish posts consistently across platforms.
  • Communicate with clients to gather feedback, secure approvals, and provide updates.
  • Brainstorm campaign strategies and creative content ideas.
  • Manage project timelines and tasks using tools like Asana or
  • Maintain organized documentation of deliverables and progress updates.

Mandatory Skills

  • Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create professional and audience-relevant content.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or ).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas backed by analytics or trends.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience writing for LinkedIn, blogs, or newsletters.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content optimization.
  • Understanding of design collaboration and visual storytelling.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Hootsuite or Google Analytics.
  • Experience in client communication or project coordination.
