We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Outreach & Content Specialist to join our growing team. This dual-focused role is critical in driving our candidate pipeline while simultaneously supporting our marketing initiatives through engaging visual content.
The ideal candidate thrives on high-volume communication, processes, and consistency, while also possessing a creative flair for designing graphics and performing basic video editing.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Outreach & Pipeline Management
High-Volume Outreach: Execute a minimum daily baseline of 80 personalized messages to potential candidates across various platforms.
- Platform Management: Conduct professional outreach primarily using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter. (Prior experience with these tools is a plus, but not required).
- CRM Integrity: Meticulously log and update all outreach activity, communication notes, and candidate statuses within HubSpot to maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline.
Template Adherence: Ensure 100% compliance with strict, client-provided messaging templates for all candidate communications.
Marketing & Content Support
Graphic Design: Create a weekly baseline of 5–10 professional, engaging graphics for various marketing channels (e.g., social media, email newsletters) using Canva.
- Video Editing: Produce a weekly baseline of 1–2 short, engaging video clips for marketing purposes. This involves light editing, cuts, and text overlays.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High-Volume Capability: Proven ability to handle repetitive, process-driven tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative Tools: Proficiency with Canva (or similar design software) for graphic creation.
- Video Editing: Experience with light video editing (trimming, adding basic effects/overlays).
- Reliability: Highly disciplined and reliable; able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a distinct advantage.
