Senior Lead Generation

We're a growth-oriented company focused on scaling lead generation across multiple brands, including Alisto and Bookkeeping Central.We believe in experimentation, data, and building systems that scale. Our teams include automation specialists, IT, and design — but we lack one core person who can architect the lead engine, lead campaigns from zero, and execute end to end.That's what we're hiring for.
You will be the architect and executor of our lead generation engine. You'll design the strategy, build the funnels, run campaigns, manage freelancers, work hand in glove with our automation and IT teams, and continuously optimize across channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,TikTok, SEO, email/outreach). You will be the "right hand" for growth and operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Create holistic lead generation strategies from scratch (top-of-funnel to nurture stages).
 - Define goals, KPIs, and roadmap for campaigns across platforms (organic, paid, outreach).
 - Stay current with channel trends (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, SEO, etc.) and incorporate new opportunities.
 
2. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.
 - Build landing pages, lead magnets, email nurture sequences, A/B tests, and conversion funnels.
 - Use data to continuously optimize channel mix, messaging, creatives, targeting, etc.
 
3. Content & Copy
- Write or co-write compelling ad copy, email sequences, landing pages, social posts.
 - Brief or manage content freelancers or copywriters to scale content.
 - Oversee creative direction (working with designers or freelancers).
 
4. SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead on-page SEO strategy: keyword research, optimization, internal linking, meta tags.
 - Work with external SEO specialists/ freelancers on link building, technical SEO audits.
 - Align content and SEO with lead gen strategy to drive sustainable organic leads.
 
5. Outreach & Automation
- Design and run LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns (lead gen via outbound).
 - Integrate campaign flows with automation systems (CRM, Zapier/Make, workflows) — in collaboration with automation team.
 - Monitor deliverability, response rates, follow-up sequences, and refine outreach.
 
6. Freelancer & Vendor Management
- Identify, hire, and manage freelancers (writers, designers, SEO specialists, ad support).
 - Monitor deliverables, deadlines, quality, and alignment with strategy.
 - Ensure cost efficiency and accountability.
 
7. Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reporting (weekly, monthly) for leads, cost, conversion funnels, ROI.
 - Analyze performance, propose and implement optimizations.
 - Forecast lead pipelines and project requirements for scaling.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Experience: 4–8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or lead generation roles (B2B or agency preferred).
 - Demonstrated success launching and scaling lead gen campaigns across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google, SEO).
 - Strong strategic thinking + hands-on operational experience — not just executing, but designing campaigns.
 - Experience managing freelancers, external vendors, or small teams.
 - Solid skills working with CRMs, marketing automation, analytics, landing page builders (WordPress + builders like Elementor, or tools like Unbounce).
 - Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to craft persuasive messaging.
 - Comfort working in a dynamic environment, with multiple moving parts and ambiguity.
 - Numerically literate: comfortable with data, A/B testing, interpreting metrics, quantitative optimizations.
