About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Candidate Outreach & Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. This dual-focused role is crucial for driving our candidate pipeline and supporting our marketing initiatives through engaging content creation. The ideal candidate thrives on high-volume communication and has a creative flair for designing graphics and basic video editing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Outreach & Pipeline Management

  • High-Volume Outreach: Execute a minimum daily baseline of 80 personalized messages to potential candidates across various platforms, strictly utilizing provided messaging templates.

  • Platform Utilization: Conduct all outreach using professional tools, primarily LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter. Prior experience with these tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Activity Tracking: Meticulously log and update all outreach activity, communication notes, and candidate status within HubSpot to maintain an accurate pipeline record.
  • Template Adherence: Ensure 100% compliance with strict client-provided messaging templates for all candidate communications.

  • Marketing and Content Support

  • Graphic Design: Create a weekly baseline of 5–10 professional, engaging graphics for various marketing channels (e.g., social media, email newsletters).

  • Video Editing: Produce a weekly baseline of 1–2 short, engaging video clips (light editing, cuts, text overlays) for marketing purposes.
  • Tool Usage: Utilize Canva (or similar design software) for all graphic and video creation tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume, process-driven tasks while maintaining high quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency or familiarity with graphic design using Canva or similar tools.
  • Experience with light video editing (e.g., trimming, basic effects).
  • Highly disciplined and reliable to maintain the required US-based work hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
  • Must be available to work on a night shift schedule
