  • Sourcing and Vendor Management:
  • Identifying and researching potential suppliers and vendors for construction materials, equipment, and services.
  • Evaluating vendor proposals and bids, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with suppliers.
  • Ensuring vendors meet quality standards, contractual obligations, and project timelines.
  • Procurement Process Management:
  • Managing the procurement process from start to finish, including purchase orders, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Monitoring and managing procurement budgets and costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Project Support:
  • Working closely with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project needs and requirements.
  • Providing timely and accurate information on procurement activities to project teams.
  • Resolving any procurement-related issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
  • Contract Management:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing construction contracts and agreements.
  • Ensuring contracts are executed and adhered to by all parties.
  • Handling contract changes, amendments, and dispute resolution.
  • Strategic Sourcing:
  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and manage risks.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations.
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration) is often preferred.
  • With SAP Experience is an advantaged

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
