Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in Makati. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, conducting procurement activities, and performing general analytical tasks to support the procurement process. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and standards, maintaining supplier relations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in creating and managing Purchase Orders
  • Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Assessment
  • Strong skills in Contract Negotiation
  • Analytical Skills relevant to procurement activities
  • Experience with Procurement processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in a multinational corporate environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
