We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our enterprise operations team. You will play a key role in sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing activities, ensuring high-quality goods and services at competitive costs. This role contributes directly to the organization's efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-qualification and evaluation of vendors for goods and services.
  • Float competitive tenders (RFP/RFQ) and perform technical and commercial assessments.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and achieve favorable terms.
  • Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders and monitor order status.
  • Maintain vendor records in SAP ERP and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with Finance to process invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods/services and monitor vendor performance.
  • Prepare contracts and reports as required.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in procurement or sourcing.
  • Proficiency in procurement processes and ERP systems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
