We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a part-time position that will see you providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  6. Maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional demeanour at all times

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  6. A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
