Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in restaurant management or relevant roles.
- Strong restaurant management and cost management skills; able team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; proficient in computer applications.
- Fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Job Description:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage staff, ensure quality customer service, and control costs.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships.
- Prepare financial reports and manage the restaurant's budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Location:
San Juan St. Poblacion 6, Dumaguete City
Other Benefits:
With a 1,500 allowance per month.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php21,000.00 per month
