Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front- and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Lead and motivate the team to maintain high standards of service and food quality.
  • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and continuous training for staff.
  • Implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Track inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely supply ordering.
  • Oversee budget management and prepare regular financial summaries.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related course.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant leadership experience in a food or restaurant setting.
  • Strong background in staff management, cost control, and guest service.
  • Effective communicator with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays, in a high-energy environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Must be willing to undergo training and start ASAP.
  • Preferably residing near Dumaguete City.
  • Must have complete government-mandated documents.
