Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient, profitable, and high-quality service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation of the restaurant in accordance with brand standards.
  • Monitor and improve workflow, service sequence, and kitchen coordination.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff including wait staff, kitchen crew, and support personnel.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure team motivation, discipline, and excellent teamwork.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service standards.
  • Ensure high-quality guest experiences by resolving complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and maintain strong guest relations.
  • Handle VIP guests and special events with attention to detail.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Control food, beverage, and labor costs within the allocated budget.
  • Minimize waste and improve efficiency across all service areas.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Review sales and profitability reports; recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate daily cash handling, deposits, and report submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with local food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits for cleanliness, equipment, and employee hygiene.
  • Enforce health and safety protocols and lead training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • a Bachelor's Degree holder

  • experience of at least 2 years in restaurant operations

  • a passion for delivering excellent customer service

  • proven track record in handling high-pressure situations and solving problems quickly

  • exceptional leadership and communication skills

  • willing to work long and flexible hours

  • strong understanding of financial management

  • clear attention to detail
