About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (Financial Healthcare) to join our team at our office in Mall of Asia, Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients in the financial healthcare industry. What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information to address their needs
  2. Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns, working to find suitable resolutions
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update customer information in the database
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 0-5 mos. BPO international / any tenure in local BPO or 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial or healthcare industries
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing the best possible customer experience
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. Fluency in both English and Filipino languages
  6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
