The opportunity

Agvill Resources Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join its team at the SM Mall of Asia site in Pasay City, Metro Manila. Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and courteous assistance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer problems
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and empathize with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
