About the role

E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES is seeking a talented Chat & Email Support - Non-Voice Account representative to join its team in Mall of Asia, Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will involve providing high-quality customer service and support through chat and email channels, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate, relevant and helpful information to customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Escalating complex queries to the appropriate team or department when necessary
  • Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Contributing to the overall success of the customer service team

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a non-voice environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
