About the Role

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team supporting Retail (Blended) and Financial (International Voice) accounts.

Retail (Blended Account)

  • Location: MOA Site

  • Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate (Old Curriculum accepted)

  • Open to Expo 3 and up
  • Salary: ₱17,000 – ₱26,500*

Financial (International Voice Account)

  • Salary: ₱14,000 – ₱18,500*

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email (depending on the account)
  • Provide accurate information and efficient resolutions
